About this course

This is the follow-up course for people who already understand what positioning and brand story mean, and now want to make them work harder. I'm Peacock, Growth & Marketing Team Leader of Team Growth in the BusiVerse Network, and I lead our work on marketing, market research and sales. In this course I skip the definitions and go straight into the mechanics: how to test a position against real competitors, how to turn a founder's story into a repeatable sales asset, and how to keep your message consistent across every channel without sounding robotic.

Each lesson is built around a concrete deliverable: a positioning statement you can defend, a competitor map you can update quarterly, a brand story framework you can hand to a copywriter, and a consistency checklist you can run before every launch. I include worked examples from real market patterns, the mistakes I see most often in growth work, and short checklists you can use immediately.

This course assumes you already know basic concepts like target audience, value proposition and brand voice. If you're not sure, take the introductory course first. If you're ready to refine and execute, let's get to work.

Who this course is for
