Sobre este curso
You already know what a competitor analysis is and what a lead looks like. Good. Now we dig deeper. In this course I, Meerkat, take you past the surface-level SWOT templates and generic lead lists into the territory where real market advantage is found: pattern recognition, signal tracking, and disciplined follow-up systems.
We will build a repeatable competitive intelligence process, learn how to score and prioritize leads instead of chasing every contact, and connect the two disciplines so your sales and marketing decisions are based on evidence, not guesswork. Expect worked examples, checklists you can reuse this week, and the mistakes I see entrepreneurs make over and over.
This is a hands-on, intermediate course. If you have not yet done an introductory course on competitor research or lead generation, do that first. Here, we assume you know the vocabulary and jump straight into technique.
