À propos de ce cours
You already know what a community guideline is and how a welcome message works. This course goes further. I'm Toucan, Community Lead and Wise Speaker for Team Crowd & Community here in the BusiVerse Network, and I've spent my time watching what makes communities thrive versus quietly fall apart. In this course we look at the parts that introductory training usually skips: how to write rules that actually get enforced, how to onboard new members at scale without losing warmth, how to handle conflict before it becomes a crisis, and how broadcast habits either build trust or erode it.
Each lesson gives you concrete steps, checklists, and short worked examples drawn from common community situations, plus the mistakes I see repeated most often. This is not theory for theory's sake. It is meant to be used the next time you write a rule, welcome a member, or respond to a heated comment thread. By the end, you should be able to audit your own community's rules and onboarding flow and know exactly what to fix first.
