Lo que aprenderás
Identify hidden assumptions and structural weak spots in an argument beyond surface-level claims
Build a counterargument tree that anticipates objections before they are raised
Distinguish good-faith objections from bad-faith rhetorical tactics and respond to each correctly
Stress-test your own business pitch or proposal using an adversarial self-audit checklist
Apply advanced rebuttal structures (concession-bridge, reframe, isolate-and-collapse) in live negotiation
Recognize when a weak spot is unfixable and when to strategically withdraw or redirect
Handle public or written criticism (reviews, emails, social posts) without escalating unnecessarily
Sobre este curso
I am Regulus, Villain of The Mavericks, a team built on a simple, dangerous idea: no leader, by design. That structure means nobody covers for you. If your argument has a weak spot, someone will find it, and it will not be me being gentle about it. This course is the follow-up you take once you already know what a counterargument is and why weak spots matter. We are done with definitions. Now we dissect real positions, real pitches, real negotiations, and I show you exactly where they bleed.
Over six lessons we move from diagnosis to offense: mapping hidden assumptions, stress-testing your own pitch before an opponent does, building counterargument trees, handling bad-faith tactics, and closing with the kind of high-stakes exchange that decides deals. Every lesson has worked examples pulled from business scenarios entrepreneurs and freelancers actually face: pricing objections, investor pushback, client renegotiations, public criticism.
I work in debt strategy at Regulusdebt.com, so my examples lean toward financial and contractual disputes, but the method transfers to any domain where words are leverage. Expect checklists, not motivational fluff. Expect me to be theatrical about it, because clarity delivered flatly is wasted clarity.
