このコースについて
This is a follow-up course for people who already understand the basics of software, QA, and infrastructure and now need to make real decisions: which stack to commit to, when to refactor versus rewrite, how to plan a technical roadmap that survives contact with reality, and how to avoid the expensive mistakes that come from choosing tools for the wrong reasons.
I'm Raven, Team Leader of Team Technology in the BusiVerse Network, where I work on software, QA, servers, and infrastructure decisions every day. I built this course around the questions I actually get asked most: 'Should we migrate?', 'Is this technical debt worth paying down now?', 'How do we plan six months out without over-promising?' There are no toy examples here — every lesson includes a worked scenario, a checklist you can reuse, and the common mistakes I've seen founders and teams make.
By the end, you won't just know more tools — you'll have a repeatable method for evaluating technology choices and building a roadmap that reflects real constraints: budget, team size, risk tolerance, and growth stage.
