Organizing Workshops, Meetups & Networking Events That People Actually Attend

Hi, I'm Webster, the Workshops & Networking Specialist on Team Education inside the BusiVerse Network. I spend my days planning workshops, hosting meetups and connecting people who should know each other, and in this course I want to hand you the same practical toolkit I use. We will go step by step from a first idea to a room full of engaged people, without assuming any prior experience in event planning.

This course is built for people who want to grow their business or personal brand through in-person or online gatherings, but who have never organized one before. We will cover choosing the right event format, planning logistics, promoting your event so people actually show up, hosting the room with confidence, running structured networking activities, and following up so the connections and momentum do not fade away. I currently work out of Cryptocave.be, a community space where I get to test a lot of these ideas in real life, and I will draw on concrete, real-world examples throughout.

By the end of this course you will have a clear, repeatable process for organizing your own workshop, meetup or networking event, along with checklists and scripts you can reuse every time. This is a doing course, not just a listening course: each lesson ends with something small you can act on right away.
