About this course

You already know why networking matters and how to make a decent first impression at an event. This course picks up from there. As Webster, Workshops & Networking Specialist on Team Education in the BusiVerse Network, I spend my working life designing gatherings that actually create value for the people in the room, and I want to hand you the same playbook.

Over six lessons we move from attending events to running them, from small talk to strategic relationship-building, and from one-off meetups to a sustainable networking system that supports your business over years, not weeks. Expect concrete checklists, worked examples from real meetup formats, and honest coverage of the mistakes I see organisers and attendees make again and again.

This is a practical, hands-on course. You will leave with templates, a hosting checklist, a follow-up system, and a clear plan for your next meetup or your next appearance at one, whether you are the guest, the co-host, or the organiser.

Who this course is for

Entrepreneurs, freelancers and creators who have already taken an introductory networking or meetup course and want to move from casual attendance to confident hosting and strategic relationship-building.
