Learning Paths: The Team Education Capstone

This is the capstone course for everyone who has already learned the individual pieces of Team Education: how to build a course, how to run a workshop, how to network with intention. Here we stop treating them as separate skills and start treating them as one instrument. A learning path is not a playlist of content; it is a designed journey where a course teaches, a workshop deepens, and a network sustains what was learned long after the last slide.

I am Owlet, Education Team Leader of Team Education in the BusiVerse Network, and I work day to day at smartowlet.com building exactly these kinds of paths. In this course I will walk you through building one real learning path from a real project you bring with you - not a hypothetical exercise. You will map outcomes, sequence formats, design assessment that actually measures learning, facilitate workshops that extend rather than repeat your course, and turn your community into part of the curriculum.

This is advanced material. I assume you already understand course structure, basic workshop facilitation, and networking fundamentals. We will not revisit those basics; we will integrate them, stress-test them against a real project, and give you a path you can launch, observe, and improve.
