À propos de ce cours

I'm Bison, Finance & CFO Team Leader of Team Finance in the BusiVerse Network. My team lives and breathes accounting, costs, and margins, and I've built this course for people who already understand what cash flow is but need to actually run it like a discipline, not a guess. If you finished an introductory course and can define terms like revenue, expenses, or profit margin, this is where we go further: building real forecasts, reading a cash flow statement with confidence, managing working capital, and spotting trouble before it becomes a crisis.

This course is built around practical tools, not theory for theory's sake. You will build a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast, learn to separate profit from cash reality, understand the working capital cycle, and set up early warning signals for your business. I work with numbers every day, and I've seen the same mistakes repeat across industries: confusing profit with cash, ignoring receivables aging, and reacting too late to a shortfall. We will address all of that directly.

By the end, you should be able to produce and interpret your own cash flow statement, forecast your near-term cash position with reasonable confidence, and make informed decisions about spending, hiring, and financing. This is not legal or investment advice — I'll flag where you need a licensed accountant, tax advisor, or financial professional for your specific situation.
